[미국] Evoqua, 노블 워터 테크놀로지 인수

미국의 에보쿠아 워터 테크놀로지(Evoqua Water Technologies)는 텍사스주 달라스에 본사를 둔 고도 수처리 시스템 설치 및 서비스 업체인 노블 워터 테크놀로지(Noble Water Technologies)를 인수하기 위한 최종 계약을 체결했다고 최근 밝혔다.

노블 워터 테크놀로지는 텍사스 전역에서 제약, 실험실, 식품 및 음료 폐수 등의 고도 처리를 비롯해 자동차, 특수화학 및 발전산업에 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

에코보아 CEO인 론 키팅(Ron Keating)은 "노블 워터 테크놀로지는 약 15년간 고순도 수처리 시장의 선두주자였으며 검증된 솔루션, 고객 중심 및 시장 유연성은 회사의 특징"이라고 말했다.

그는 이어 "Evoqua 가족이 된 노블 워터 테크놀로지를 환영하며, 수처리 분야에서 성장을 가속화할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Evoqua to acquire Noble Water Technologies

Evoqua Water Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Noble Water Technologies, a Dallas, Texas-based provider of high purity water equipment, systems and service, service deionization and resin regeneration.

Noble Water Technologies serves the pharmaceutical, laboratory, food and beverage, automotive, specialty chemical, and power generation industries throughout Texas.

“Noble Water Technologies has been a leader in the high purity water market for approximately 15 years and their proven solutions, customer focus and market flexibility have been hallmarks of their company,” said Evoqua CEO Ron Keating. “We welcome Noble Water Technologies to the Evoqua family and look forward to helping them accelerate their growth as part of Evoqua.”
