[독일] SAATI, 유럽 하·폐수처리장용 필터 천 개발

하·폐수처리 슬러지는 그 구성 및 다른 현탁 농축으로 인해 여과 및 처리하기가 가장 어려운 혼합물 중 하나이다.

이러한 요구에 부응하여 SAAT(Iwww.saati.com)는 PP2623 및 V2623 필터 천을 개발했다. 이 직물은 매끄럽고 안정적으로 염두에 두고 설계된 특별히 짜여진 천이다.

여과포는 평균 건조 물질함량이 2∼3 % 증가했다.

이러한 특성은 슬러지 처리에 이상적이다. PP2623 및 V2623은 건조 물질함량을 증가시키고 깨끗한 방출로 단단하고 컴팩트한 케이크를 만든다.

두 재료는 독일의 여러 도시 및 산업 WWT 플랜트에서 2년 이상 사용되었다.

Filter cloths created for European wastewater plants

Due to its composition and different suspension concentration, wastewater treatment slurry is one of the most difficult mixtures to filter and treat.

In response to this need, SAATI has developed PP2623 and V2623 filter cloths. These fabrics are specially woven cloths which have been designed with smoothness and stability in mind.

The filter cloths have led to an increase in average dry matter content by 2-3%.

These properties are ideal for slurry treatment: PP2623 and V2623 increase the dry matter content, and create a solid and compact cake with a clean release.

 Both materials have been in use for more than two years in a number of municipal and industrial WWT Plants in Germany.
