[미국] H2O Innovation, 244만 달러의 수처리 4개 산업 프로젝트 수행
H2O Innovation Inc는 북미 지역에서 4개의 새로운 산업 프로젝트를 310만 캐나다 달러(244만1,000달러)에 수주, 캐나다 회사의 프로젝트 매출액을 5,510만 캐나다 달러(4,339만 달러)로 책정했다.
멤브레인 생물반응기(MBR, Membrane Bio Reactor)와 역삼투(RO) 기술을 결합한 산업폐수처리 시스템을 위한 첫 번째 프로젝트는 노스캐롤라이나(North Carolina)의 한 주요 제조업체에서 수주했다.
이 시스템은 7만5,000GPD(283.9㎥/일)의 하·폐수를 처리할 2개의 MBR 열차를 포함하며, MBR 하·폐수 5만GPD(189.3㎥/일)를 처리하는 RO 시스템이 뒤따른다.
RO 시스템을 식수 생산량을 57만6,000GPD(2180.4㎥/일)로 확장하는 두 번째 계약은 미국 중서부에 있는 업체로서 과거 H2O Innovation Inc에서 담당 해왔다. 나머지 두 프로젝트는 나노필트레이션(NF) 및 RO 기술을 사용하는 시스템으로 구성된다.
한 프로젝트는 2개의 NF 시스템이 포함되며 중부 알래스카(Alaska)에 위치한 리조트에서 최대 194 400GPD(735.9㎥/일)의 식수를 생산할 계획이다.
다른 프로젝트는 퀘벡(Quebec) 지방에 위치한 식품회사의 가공 체인에 사용되는 7,200GPD(27.3 ㎥/일)의 식수를 생산한다. H2O Innovation이 이 회사와 3년 만에 가진 12번째 프로젝트이다.

H2O Innovation awarded four industrial projects worth C$3.1mn
H2O Innovation Inc has secured four new industrial projects in North America worth C$3.1 million, bringing the Canadian company’s project sales backlog to C$55.1 million.
The first project, for an industrial wastewater treatment system combining membrane bioreactor (MBR) and reverse osmosis (RO) technologies, was awarded by a major manufacturer in North Carolina. The system will include two MBR trains that will treat 75 000 GPD (283.9 m3/day) of wastewater, followed by an RO system that will treat 50 000 GPD (189.3 m3/day) of the MBR effluent.
The second contract, for a production expansion of an RO system to 576,000 GPD (2180.4 m3/day), is with an industrial customer in the US Midwest who has worked with H2O Innovation in the past. The remaining two projects consist of systems using nanofiltration (NF) and RO technologies.
One project will include two NF trains and will produce up to 194 400 GPD (735.9 m3/day) of drinking water for a resort located in Central Alaska. The other project will produce 7200 GPD (27.3 m3/day) of water used in the processing chain of a food company located in the province of Quebec. This is the 12th project that H2O Innovation has won in three years with this company.
