[한국] 인텔리플럭스, 코웨이엔텍과 운영 계약 체결
미국 수처리기업인 인텔리플럭스 컨트롤스(IntelliFlux Controls)는 한국 코웨이엔텍(Coway EnTech)이 인천(Incheon)에서 운영중인 1만㎥(2.6 MGD)/일의 BOO(Build-Own-Operate) 하·폐수 재이용 처리시설에 멤브레인 세척 최적화 위한 소프트웨어를 설치했다.
IntelliFlux Controls와 Coway EnTech는 처음에 Coway EnTech의 웅천(Woong-cheon) 한외 여과 MBR 시스템에 IntelliFlux 소프트웨어를 3개월 동안 시험한 결과, 2017년에 IntelliFlux가 자율적으로 제어 및 최적화되어 멤브레인 시스템을 8% 덜 자주 청소하고 가동 중단 시간을 단축했다. 에너지 소비 34% 감소, 시스템 순출력 2. % 증가(94∼96.1%)했다.

IntelliFlux Controls begins operations contract in South Korea
IntelliFlux Controls has installed its membrane cleaning optimization software at Coway EnTech’s 10 000 cubic meter per day (2.6 MGD) Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Wastewater Reuse Treatment Facility in Incheon, South Korea.
The full-scale implementation follows a successful three-month trial of IntelliFlux software at the plant on a smaller, side-stream pilot unit.
IntelliFlux Controls and Coway EnTech initially conducted a three-month trial of IntelliFlux software on Coway EnTech’s Woong-cheon ultrafiltration MBR system in 2017. During the trial, IntelliFlux autonomously controlled and optimized the membrane system resulting in 8% less frequent cleaning and down-time, 34% less energy consumption, and 2.1% increased system net yield (94% to 96.1%).
