[덴마크] 아쿠아포린, ‘ISO 9001 : 2015’ 인증 획득

덴마크의 수처리 전문업체인 아쿠아포린(Aquaporin)은 ‘ISO 9001 : 2015’ 인증을 받았다고 발표했다.

‘ISO 9001 : 2015’ 인증서는 품질 관리 시스템 요구 사항을 지정하고 제품 및 서비스가 항상 고품질 표준 및 고객 요구 사항을 충족시킬 수 있도록 지원하는 국제표준이다. 170 개국에 있는 100만 개 이상의 기업이 이 표준을 인증받았다.

Aquaporin의 경우 인증 프로세스가 조직 및 그룹을 성숙시키고 발전시키는 방향으로 진행되는 이니셔티브를 지원했다. 이 회사는 결과가 목표에 대한보다 강력한 정의와 지속적인 개선을 위한 소망이라고 강조한다. 

ISO 인증서는 Aquaporin이 모든 부서에서보다 효율적이고 체계적인 작업 프로세스를 수립하는 동시에 비즈니스 우수성과 고객 경험을 강화하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 

Aquaporin의 도르테 뮐러(Dorthe Møller) QEP(Quality, Environment, Health and Safety) 책임자는 “Aquaporin이 고객이 일관되고 고품질의 제품과 서비스를 제공 할 수 있도록 ISO 9001 : 2015를 사용하는 데 도움이 된다”고 말했다.

Aquaporin achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification

Danish water technology specialist, Aquaporin, has announced that it now holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is an international standard helping to specify requirements for a quality management system and ensuring that products and services always meet high quality standards and customers' requirements. Over 1 million companies in more than 170 countries certify to the standard. 

For Aquaporin the process of certification supported its ongoing initiatives towards maturing and developing the organization and group. The company says the result is an even stronger definition of objectives and the wish for continuous improvement. The ISO certificate will help Aquaporin to set more efficient and structured working processes across all departments, while also strengthening business excellence and customer experience.

Dorthe Møller, Head of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) at Aquaporin said that using ISO 9001:2015 helps Aquaporin to ensure that customers get consistent, high quality products and services.
