생산 및 역류 수처리 및 재활용 솔루션의 선도적인 서비스 공급업체인 그레이디언트 에너지 서버서스(Gradiant Energy Services, GES)는 중동, 북아프리카(MENA) 및 아시아 최대 유전 서비스 업체 중 하나인 내셔널 에너지 서버서스(National Energy Services)가 공동 개발한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 1월 23일 발표했다.
MOU는 NESR(내셔널 에너지 서버서스 리우나이티드)이 운영되는 MENA 지역에 GES의 기술과 장비를 배치하기 위한 양사 간의 조건과 이해를 명시하고 있다.
두 회사는 중동과 아시아에서 NESR의 강력한 운영 명성, 설치 면적 및 자원을 활용하여 GES 고유의 수자원 기술 솔루션 기능을 도입하기 위한 노력에 동참할 예정이다.

Gradiant Energy Services Announces Entering Into MOU With NESR For The MENA Region
Gradiant Energy Services (“GES”), a leading service provider for produced and flowback water treatment and recycling solutions, announced today that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with one of the of the largest oilfield services provider in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and Asia, National Energy Services Reunited Corp.
The MOU sets forth the terms and understanding between both companies to deploy GES’ technologies and equipment in the MENA region where NESR operates.
Both companies are set to join efforts to bring GES unique water technical solution capabilities leveraging NESR’s strong operational reputation, footprint and resources in the Middle East and Asia.
