세계적인 수처리 솔루션 제공업체인 쿠리타 워터인더스트리(Kurita Water Industries, 일본 도쿄 본사)는 북미 자회사를 통해 캐나다의 무관리 회사인 키테크 워터 매내지먼트(Keytech Water Management) 인수를 완료했다고 밝혔다.
캐나다 온타리오주 키치너(Kitchener)에 본사를 둔 키테크(Keytech)는 쿠리타 캐나다 주식회사(Kurita Canada Inc)의 100% 통합 자회사로 운영될 예정이다.
키테크(Keytech)의 전 사장 겸 총괄 관리자인 더글러스 할버트(Douglas Halbert)는 쿠리타 아메리카(Kurita America)의 CEO인 라마르 반스(LaMarr Barnes) 지휘 아래 총괄 관리자로서 조직을 계속 이끌게 된다.

Kurita Expands Presence In North America, Completes Acquisition Of Keytech Water Management Of Canada
Kurita Water Industries (Kurita) (Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan), a leading global provider of water treatment solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Keytech Water Management (“Keytech”) through its North American subsidiaries in a stock purchase deal.
Keytech, which is headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, will operate as a 100% consolidated subsidiary of Kurita Canada Inc.
Douglas Halbert, former president and general manager of Keytech, will continue to lead the organization as general manager, under the leadership of LaMarr Barnes, CEO of Kurita America.
