물관리 솔루션 업체인 ADS(Advanced Draining Systems)는 11월 2일(현지시각) 미국 플로리다주(Florida) 레이크 웨일스(Lake Wales)에 최첨단 파이프 제조 시설을 건설할 것이라고 발표했다.

2024년 100에이커 부지에 착공하는 이 시설은 플로리다에 있는 ADS의 기존 제조업 입지를 강화할 예정이다. 이 시설은 미래의 인력을 염두에 두고 설계됐으며, 자재 및 교통의 효율적인 흐름을 촉진하고 골판지 열가소성 파이프(Corrugated Thermoplastic Pipe) 제조에 고급 자동화 기술을 통합했다.

플로리다 중심부에 있는 이 부지는 올랜도(Orlando)에서 남쪽으로 약 60마일 떨어져 있으며, 세브링(Sebring)과 윈터 가든(Winter Garden)에 있는 ADS의 현재 제조 시설을 보완할 예정이다.

두 시설은 플로리다 및 미국 남동부 전역의 프로젝트에 필요한 빗물 제품에 대한 고객 수요를 충족할 것이다.

Advanced Drainage Systems to build New Florida Manufacturing Facility

Breaking ground in 2024 on a 100-acre site, this plant will add to the company’s existing manufacturing presence in Florida.
