NX필트레이션(NX Filtration)은 OEM 파트너인 쑤저우 MOPU(Suzhou MOPU)와 함께 루이싱커피(Luckin Coffee) 정수처리 프로젝트에 중공사 나노 여과 막 모듈을 공급했다고 발표했다. 

중국에 1만 개 이상의 매장을 보유한 중국 1위 커피 프랜차이즈인 루이싱커피는 쿤산에서 매장에 납품하기 위해 장쑤성 쿤산 소재 루이싱 쿤산(Luckin Kunshan) 베이커리 공장을 운영하고 있다. 생산 과정에서 중요한 요구 사항은 총용존 고형량(TDS) 수준이 약 20인 최고 품질의 물을 사용하는 것이다.

쿤산 베이커리 공장의 야망은 최고 수준의 식품 생산 시설이라는 지위를 감안해 그에 맞게 폐수를 처리하는 것이다. NX필트레이션은 물 속의 건강한 미네랄을 유지하면서 수처리 과정에서 화학적 투여를 필요로 하지 않는 지속 가능한 나노 여과 막 기술의 장점으로 인해 이 프로젝트에 선정됐다.

NX Filtration supplies largest Chinese coffee chain Luckin’s water treatment plant

NX Filtration, a leading provider of advanced water filtration membrane solutions, proudly announces that it supplied its hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane modules to the Luckin Coffee water treatment project together with its OEM partner Suzhou MOPU. The advanced membrane system marks a significant milestone for both companies in addressing the unique water filtration needs of Luckin Kunshan's bakery plant in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. One of the key factors that contributed to the use of NX Filtration’s technology is the company's dedication to environmental responsibility.

Luckin Coffee, the No. 1 coffee chain shop in China with over 10,000 sub-branches nationwide, operates a bakery plant in Kunshan for delivery to Luckin Coffee sub-branches. A crucial requirement in the production process is the use of the highest quality water with a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level of around 20.

A unique ambition of the Kunshan bakery plant is to treat its wastewater stream well, given its status as a top notch food production facility. NX Filtration was awarded this project due to the distinctive advantage of its sustainable nanofiltration membrane technology, which eliminates the need for chemical dosing in the water treatment process, whilst maintaining healthy minerals in the water.
